That's the reason the price of your favorite pizza just went up or is about to rise. According to
this article , the price has been going up dramatically for a year.

Block cheddar cheese reached $2.08 a pound Thursday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, up 78 percent from $1.17 a
pound a year ago.

And some of us thought the price of gas has gone up quickly. Well, I guess it has - just not 78 percent. It won't be long until we're hearing that the cheese prices are all Bush's fault. Who can argue? Everything else is.
