Indy Education Reform Effort

One of Ol' BC's facebook friends put this up last year as his MLK day post and re-ran it this year as the situation hasn't changed much in Indianapolis. As you know, Ol' BC often mentions that the policies of the left are racist generally. Here is another black American pointing out the same thing.
