Just A Year Ago...
...there was a huge brouhaha over the newly elected Pope. Remember the abuse the MSM heaped on Benny. Pope Benedict was the worst of the worst it seemed to those of us who read the accounts and listened to network news.
Does anybody remember any earth shattering news from Benny in the last year?
Just a thought.

As a Catholic, I haven't noticed anything to be unhappy with.
Of course, I was pro-Benny from the get-go. I posted about him four times. Here, here, here, and here.
Doing pretty well as far as I'm concerned.
Besides, the person wearing the Pope's hat in Rome shouldn't matter to anyone who isn't Catholic. It's no one else's business whom we Catholics have as our Pope - just like it's no one else's business whom we Americans elect as our President.

There's a huge difference between saying that we shouldn't care what they think and saying they shouldn't care who we elect.
It's not their business whom we elect to our office. It's their business what they think about it.
