Somehow Johnny McDumbass and the GOP have neglected to point out such things to the American people and the MSM when they start drooling over the often forgetful Senator Biden's level of expertise in foreign affairs.

I thought from the beginning that she was the best candidate of the four. Confirmation just keeps coming our way.
