Another Capital Punishment Argument

For many years, Ol' BC has been a proponent of capital punishment in many cases for predominantly economic reasons (i.e. the cost of maintaining a prisoner for the rest of his natural life) as well as preventing an escape or accidental release of a violent criminal back into society. Now, Jay Tea at Wizbang has come up with another good reason - to prevent a vacation from prison by killing a fellow inmate or guard. Check it out. It really happened.
