Chile Earthquake

Ol' BC is simply wondering what the quake in Chile is going to cost us. This was a much larger quake than the one that hit Haiti. Will Clinton and Bush spread the wealth when it comes to the money raised for Haiti relief? Hmmm. Would that tick people off that thought they were contributing to Haiti's relief effort? There is a difference in the situations in Haiti and Chile, however. It will be interesting to see how it all unfolds.

Record Attendance At CPAC

This is the largest attended CPAC gathering since its inception in 1973. This should speak volumes to America. People appear to be starting to pay attention to what our government in Washington is doing on a daily basis. No doubt this will be slammed unmercifully by the main stream media. But, maybe, just maybe, people will continue to pay attention.

Evan Bayh Not Running For Re-election

According to this Bayh is done. Evan wasn't the worst Donk, but he was a much better governor than Senator. Maybe his old man schooled him on how to follow the party lead in Washington.

Study Shows. . .

. . .that the increase in minimum wage cost jobs. We have argued this point for years and years. Now a Ball State University study confirms it. I doubt we'll hear much about this on network newscasts.

This Cavuto segment on Fox Business corrects some misconceptions. It seems the GOP getting blasted by Obama gets a ton of air time. Of course, some of it is deserved. Mike Pence points out some little known discussion. The GOP actually isn't just the party of "no."
